Luminous Oasis offers elite real estate photography services engineered to present your portfolio of rental or sale properties with maximum impact and efficiency. Our comprehensive package provides the visual assets necessary to attract a broad market and ensure each listing shines online. Our Elite Portfolio Package Features: Extensive Property Capacity: Professional photography coverage for a significant portion of your listings, accommodating up to 10 individual properties. Comprehensive Visual Library: A collection of 50 expertly captured, high-resolution photographs, strategically distributed to showcase the key attributes of each property. Interactive Virtual Showcases: Dynamic online 360° virtual tours for each of the ten properties, providing an engaging and convenient way for potential clients to explore each listing virtually. Dedicated Image Perfection: 5 detailed revisions per photograph, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and precise alignment with your marketing objectives. Superior Platinum Image Enhancement: Our platinum editing suite delivers exceptional visual quality, ensuring optimal light, color accuracy, sharpness, and an overall polished and professional aesthetic that commands attention.
Cancellation Policy
Services Services are offered in various packages, each with a specific number of photos, videos, edits, and prints included. Packages are priced per session. To add more photos/videos than included in a single session, clients must either: Book an additional editing session. Pay an additional fee. Upgrade to the Pro Monthly Plan (if available) for the selected package. Cancellations To receive a full refund, minus a 6.9% processing fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $80 cancellation fee. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests are encouraged with at least 24 hours' notice to allow for proper planning. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window will incur no additional charges. Luminous Oasis reserves the right to reschedule bookings if the selected time is unavailable. Clients will be offered alternative appointment times for their convenience. Revisions Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions per photo/video session, as outlined in the specific package details. Major revisions, such as substantial alterations to the original creative vision, may incur additional charges. Location Fees For photo/video shoots at locations requiring tickets, passes, or subscriptions, an additional fee may be applied to cover these costs. For photo/video shoots outside of Denver, CO, USA, an additional fee will be applied to cover travel expenses (e.g., plane tickets, gas, train, etc). Pricing Luminous Oasis reserves the right to adjust pricing for services at any time without prior notice. This may include adjustments for sales, discounts, or business needs. Studio Usage Clients are expected to respect the studio property and refrain from littering, causing damage, or loitering outside of their scheduled session. Project Turnaround Times Photo/video projects typically have a 7-14 business day completion time for editing. Completion times may vary depending on the specific project requirements and chosen package. Urgent Requests: Urgent requests may require adjustments to the standard turnaround time. Clients will be provided with regular updates on project progress. Modifications Luminous Oasis reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
